after finish eating my dinner . time to eat my stupid vitamin T___T

first , sediakan ur tablet , a few soft sweet , a knife , a big bottle of water , a comedy CD , a Tv and a DVD player ^^
1. watch the comedy ;)
2.laugh as loud as u can ;)
3. drink some water . relaxxx =]
4. cut ur tablet in smaller pieces .;)
5 . take one by one .
6. put in ur mouth
7. bite it , althought its Bitter ><
8. drink alot of water .
9. eat the soft sweet after each tablet .
10. concentrate on the comedy :)
